Clear expectations for using Material Command.

Effective September 5, 2026

Using the service

Material Command helps construction companies organize jobs, materials, employees, tickets, takeoffs, suppliers, and related records. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Company responsibility

Company owners and administrators are responsible for inviting the correct people, assigning appropriate access, and ensuring uploaded documents and data may legally be processed. Activity performed through your company workspace is your company's responsibility.

Review required

Document extraction, matching, name suggestions, quantity calculations, and other automated results may be incomplete or incorrect. Material Command is an organizational aid—not an engineering, accounting, purchasing, or safety authority. Review and approve all information before ordering materials, paying invoices, or making field decisions.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and files you submit. You grant Material Command permission to host, process, copy, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service for your workspace.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product improves. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and Material Command is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access that creates security risk, violates these terms, or disrupts the service. You may stop using Material Command at any time and may request account or workspace deletion.
