What we collect

Material Command stores the information you provide to operate your company workspace, including account and company details, employee invitations, job information, supplier contacts, material records, tickets, takeoffs, uploaded documents, and corrections you make during review.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, organize jobs and materials, process uploaded documents, improve extraction results, support collaboration, and provide the features you request. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers for authentication, hosting, file storage, document processing, and related infrastructure. They process information only as needed to provide those services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

Company access

Company owners and authorized administrators control membership and may access information within their company workspace. Keep invitation links and account credentials secure, and only upload documents your company is authorized to use.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service or meet legal and security obligations. Company owners may request account or workspace deletion by contacting us. Some limited records may remain in backups for a reasonable period.

Your choices

You may update information in your account and company settings. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing admin@materialcommand.com.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Material Command changes; the effective date above will show the latest revision.
